K-12 Division News

Thank you, authors and reviewers!  We have 172 abstracts under review.  Reviews are due by 5 pm Friday, 5 October (yes that would be NEXT Friday!), and the results will be sent to the authors by Friday, 19 October.  Based on the abstracts, it looks as though the division will enjoy another strong, compelling, and inspiring program!

The Curriculum Exchange (CEIII) and Best Practices Panel provide other opportunities to participate in ASEE 2013.  If you didn’t submit an abstract during the period that just closed, you may email your proposal(s) to asee.k12.2013@gmail.com by 11:59 pm Friday, 12 October.  Please follow the instructions found in the division’s Call for Papers for abstract length, content, and format.  A separate Call for Submissions for the Saturday K-12 Workshop will be announced later in the year.

Please contact Susan Donohue, Program Chair, at susand@virginia.edu if you have any questions or comments.  Thanks for your dedication to K-12 engineering education!.
