Installment 1
The timeline is different this year, so we encourage both experienced and first-time authors to review dates and the author’s kit at http://www.asee.org/conferences-and-events/conferences/annual-conference/2013/program-schedule/call-for-papers. In review:
Abstracts are accepted 1 August – 21 September
- Accept/reject notifications will be sent by 19 October
- Draft papers are due 7 December
- You will have an opportunity to edit your paper based on reviewer input and resubmit it before a final accept/reject decision is made on 15 March
- Proceedings fees ($100/paper – note the change) are due by 29 March
All deadlines are by 5 pm EDT/EST on the listed dates.
